How to prevent the import registry that we do not intentionally

By default, when you double click on the file with the extension .Reg then the file will be directly integrated with the system registry or the question arises whether we want to integrate the file. To be safe, we can change it into editing when double clicked. Step steps are as follows:

- Open Windows Explorer. Click View> Folder Options, then select the File Types tab.
- In Registered File Types box and click find Registration Entries.
- Click the Edit button.
- In the Actions box there are three actions of Edit, Merge, and Print. Click Edit and click Set Default button. Edit writing will become thick.
Thus if we double click the files with the extensions. Reg, the process is no longer the process of merging, but the process of editing with Notepad.
